Humour Therapy
Psychotherapy is the classic heart-to-heart talk, but in this case, it is blended with creative tools to dig into the challenges.
We work together to understand patterns, build resilience and sneak up on healing.
Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we draw. Sometimes we do both. Sometimes the art does all the talking.
Laughter Therapy
Laughter therapy uses guided laughter exercises, breathing techniques, and playful activities to boost mood, improve mental and physical health and release tension. Even ‘fake’ laughter often becomes real-leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed and energized.

Group art therapy is a creative connection with maximum of 8 people. Group sessions offer the chance to connect, express and create alongside others.
